My family from mother side migrated from East Prussia - Russia - Poland ->
Brazil. 
Surnames: GUTKNECHT, BADKE, STUERZBECKER.

In the Passport from my grandparents STUERZBECKER, I cannot understand some
words in Polish, 
can someone help me?

What will they mean with:
*	Starosta Powiatowy
*	Starostwo Rowienskie  - Rzeczpospolita Polska
*	The month CZER may it mean the month May ?
*	Rzeczpospolita Polska maybe mean Republic of Poland, but I'm not
sure.
