Hello Ronald,
this is a a Low German poem - but I can't interpret.
I asked also Low German experts, without success. I will ask somer others again.

What I can interpret is this:

Faken staken midden in'ne weeken (Often sting in the middle of the week)
Has Du Speck un wat to seggen    (Have you bacon and what you say?)

But this make not sense.
