Hello Angela, I have some records of Anna Maria Niemann from Dinklage-Bahlen - a friend in Dinklage have the whole history. I could not find any records for Kaufmann or Osterhaus in the Oldenburg province - you are sure that the spelling is correct? Could it be Kathmann or Osterhues (in Steinfeld)? There is a concentration of the name Osterhaus in the Osnabrück area. We have a lot of places called "Steinberg" in Germany, but not in the Oldenburg province.
