a record at the Staatsarchive listed this:

Stellvertretungskontrakte zum Hebungsjahr 1859 (Representation contract):
Hornist Brokop, Ludwig Diedr. Reinhard, Jever (horn musician by soldiers?)

I tried to find any information via Jeverland list, but without susscess.
A list meber was so kind to sent this burrial notice:

Beerdigungsregister von Jever:
+ 2. 1.1864 Anke Brokop (oder Prokopp) geb. Luers,  nachgel. Ww. des
Schustermstr. B. hierselbst, Alter 68 J./ 2 M./ 9 Tg.. Der Ludwig Diedr.
Reinhard B. könnte also ein Sohn sein.

Translation:
Burrial register of Jever.
died on 2.Jan.1864 Anke Brokop (or Prokopp) nee Luers,
widow of Shoemaker Brokop in Jever, age 68 years, 2 month, 9 days
(should be born 24.Oct.1796)
(the said Hornist Ludwig Diedrich Reinhard Brokop could be a son)

The Jever phone directory shows no any Brokop, but some in the town
Oldenburg.
