Hello,
 I too, am researching ancestors named  Addicks from Oldenberg and
Ostfriesland.  Would you check to see if your genealogy connects to my
ancestors?  This is the data that I have.
Johann Addicks DOM 3 Jun 1783 spouse Almut Hopken of Sarve - (I have copies
of this event)

Johann Heinrich Addicks DOB 10 Mar 1784, spouse Catharine Margrete Muller of
Abbehausen (data from the birth register of Johann and marriage of Anna
their daughter)

Anna Friederike Addicks DOB 9 Apr 1823, DOM 28 Apr 1859 in Abbehausen,DOD 26
Oct 1869, spouse Johann Friedrich Hermann Jurgens of Apens

I have some of this documented, but not of the marriage,  etc of Johann
Addicks and his spouse Almut.

The Jurgens part of this genealogy has a reunion in 2008, so that any
information I can add is a real plus.  Thank you for your time.
