Dear Fred or any list members?

Do you have the brochure from this museum? I visited the museum in 1988 and I was too young then, but now I would like more info one of the buildings they have there, the SUING House. The website, as you say, has very little info and I did email them once, with no answer yet.
Thanks
Annette Suing Sweetman (in the US)

Alice and other list contributors,

Many thanks for posting this site for the rest of us! I am enjoying the old
photos very much!

Just remember that most Oldenburger emigrants never even saw this place. The city itself, which these pictures represent, was worlds appart from the country scenes where our ancestors came from. A look at http://www.museumsdorf.de/ would be more illustrative but sadly they show very few pictures on their site. I guess they don't want to give too much away and want you to go there instead.
