although your request with respect to the given places is a little rough it
may help that the surname Frels is not so common than Roeben. - My database
doesn't exactly match E.H. Frels but at least refers to the parish of
Strueckhausen. So, why don't you contact the expert on that parish Jürgen
Rode? You can find his addresses at

I am looking for the parents of Engel Helene Frels born 28 August 1837 in
Grossherzogthun, Oldenburg, Germany. She died 20 February 1898 in East
Farmington, Wisconsin, USA. 

Also the parents of her husband Johann Heinrich Roeben born 1 February 1835
in Germany. He died  17 January 1918 in East Farmington, Wisconsin, USA.
