Hello,

Recently, I received an Obituary from a German Newspaper in Cincinnati.  They listed the birth place of the person as Resthausen, Kloppenburg, Oldenburg. 

When I see maps, it shows Cloppenburg. . . was it spelled with a "K" and then changed?
