Kathy,

St. Peter und Paul (kath.) holds the Kirchenbücher for the
Bauerschaften Dröper, Klosterbauerschaft Oesede and Dorf Oesede for
Baptisms & Marriages since 1651. Deaths since 1665.

So, in effect Oesede was made up of the community of farms owned by
the cloister and then there is also the village of Oesede itself. I
don't think the LDS has the records but I did not check. The originals
would be kept at the Diozesan Archiv,
Attn: Herr Blohmeyer, Große Domsfreiheit 10, 49074 Osnabrück

Hello Kathy,
it should be Oesede, also Kloster Oesede, it is today a part of Georgsmarienhütte, just south of Osnabrück.

Fröhliche Weihnachten and a Happy New Year,
Werner
