Christian Ulfers was born to Mathias and Sophie Ulfers on
April 29, 1850 in St. Joost Jeverland, Germany.  He married
Martha G. Eims, daughter of Hero Eims, born January 1, 1855
in Hohenkirchen.  They were married in the same village at the
home of his father.
I would like to know more about Mathias and Sophie Ulfers, who died in 1864.
I am not sure where to go to look for information.
Christian and Martha were Evangelical Lutherans.
I would appreciate any ideas.
