Hi Rena Thank you so much, that helps me a little. So i have now an idea about what Mr. Emile Hattorff was doing in London. Maybe Expert is a degree in that lodge. I know about those 2 or 3 Hattorffs (von Hattorffs) who have been member of the Masons. IF EMILE HATTORFF is really a Hattorf he is a cousin of those von Hattorffs. And some of the old Hattorff family died in London and are buried in Hamptoncourt. But those people exploring the Hattorff family tree in the 60s have been not much interested in common Hattorffs their main target was the nobled line. So they put in what they found but they make no researches in churchbooks etc. to find missing people, i am afraid they even didnt know that there are missing people in the tree. So it is not impossible that Emile Hattorff is the son of a Hattorff working in London in those days were Hannover and England are allies. I will try to find out. Thank you very much Armin
