I have to declare, the text is cited from Angelika ERNST, I only did the translation.
She did a lot of archive work in Lüneburg about the Napoleon times and seemd to have come across the document with the executed smugglers. As this is new to the local history it seemed to be worth reporting it. I assume that there will be some information about the two executed in the archive.

ich muß richtig stellen, der Text ist zitiert von Angelika ERNST, nur die Übersetzung ist von mir. Sie hat sehr viel im Lüneburger Stadtarchiv über die napoleonischen Zeiten gearbeitet und scheint dabei auch auf das Dokument über die exekutierten Schmuggler gestoßen zu sein. Da dies auch für die lokale Forschung neu ist, schien es wert berichtet zu werden. Ich nehme an, dass das Dokument oder das Archiv wohl noch mehr Informationen über die geköpften Schmuggler enthält.
